I’ve known Mr. Gary Rabuzzi for over 5 years now, and I still can’t believe that I can call him a friend. Gary is deep in character as if he stepped right off the movie screen and into my living room. His mannerisms, quick wit and ability to make light of anyone or any situation seems as if it is straight off the pages of a Hollywood how-to guide on character development. He’s a movie lover, reader of comics, stand-up comedian, Sinatra fan, and screenwriter. Gary is one of those people that I know will make it big some day. I feel confident that I’ll turn on the television and see him walking the red carpet, and I’ll be able to claim, “Yup, I knew that guy years ago.”
So a few days ago, a goal of mine came to fruition. Gary and I collaborated in a concept photo shoot encompassing his personality and props. With fedora, birdcage microphone and portable bar, we ventured out. We made one location stop, then headed out to another location where Gary had once filmed a movie trailer. And there, we captured the following images. Thanks Gary for a fun photo shoot!
Here’s some images from the session, followed by a slideshow.
