You may recall the post I made sharing portraits of horseback riders on the beaches of Oregon from a trip I took in April.  The trip started at the far north of the state at Fort Stevens State Park where I met Holly and her husband Graham, who were each riding Arabian horses on the beach with their chocolate lab Wally in tow.  I’m pleased to announce the image of Holly riding Ace with Wally running along side, is the July 2016 cover image for Equine and Canine News!  It is a pleasure to know that this image has received such positive feedback and working with the editors and publishers of the magazine has been a wonderful experience.  You can check out the full July issue here.

BEHIND THE LENS

ABOUT yasmin

I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments.

I believe in creating images that demand to be printed—framed in fine art materials and displayed as the heirlooms they're meant to become. My approach is both editorial and intimate, capturing not just faces but the emotional landscape of your life. Each portrait is thoughtfully composed to reveal your authentic story while honoring the beauty of the world around you. Your journey is extraordinary and entirely your own, and I'm here to preserve it with the artistry it deserves.
